Dr. LenoreMatthew is a Doctor of Social Work with expertise in research, evidence-based practice, trauma, and grief; and a trained evidential psychic medium. She is also a young widow by suicide loss. Her ability of mediumship opened up when her late husband unexpectedly passed away by suicide.


 

Previously, Dr. Matthew worked as a research specialist with international humanitarian organizations, including the United Nations. Today, she blends her background in social work and research with her ability of mediumship, to demonstrate the clinical viability of mediumship and other intuitive practices as mental health interventions. She also leads programs to teach others how to open up to their own intuitive abilities, particularly in contexts of trauma and loss. Additionally, Dr. Matthew also conducts research measuring the impacts of mediumship and other intuitive practices on people's mental health, spiritual health, and overall well-being.


 

Dr. Matthew's work has been featured by organizations including the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Mental Health America (MHA), and The Mighty Mental Health Community.
